Washington International Piano Festival

The festival takes place every summer on the beautiful campus of The Catholic University of America, as well as at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in our nation's capital, Washington, D.C. Young aspiring concert pianists, teachers, amateurs, and piano lovers of all ages from all over the world are invited to participate in this inspiring and unique one-week festival.

9:00am: 4:00pm: Arrival/Check-in - Theological College

4:00pm: 5:00pm: Orientation for WIPF participants - John Paul Hall

5:00pm: 6:00pm: Young Pianist Showcase Concert: Winners of the 39th International Young Artist Competition - Ward Recital Hall

6:00pm: 8:00pm: Recital with Brian Ganz - Ward Recital Hall

8:00pm: 10:00pm: WIPF Opening Reception - John Paul Hall
