North Little Rock’s annual holiday festival returns to Argenta Plaza ! Free, family-friendly holiday fun includes photos with Santa (Black Santa ARK LLC), live entertainment and kids’ holiday activities from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the Piccolo Zoppé Winter Circus opening performances at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
