Nebraska Storytelling Festival

Personal stories help us understand who we are – celebrate the diversity and commonality of human experience – give meaning to our struggles – bring us together and empower human as well as community connections. The festival has promoted the art of storytelling, recognizing that when we tell stories we entertain one another, learn from one another, forge relationships among one another and promote sense of connectedness and belonging with one another. We hope the stories at the Nebraska Storytelling Festival will create memorable impact and bring people together. We believe the stories will move, entertain, make people laugh, bring tears to their eyes, inform, communicate and connect. Our storytellers will be:
