7:30-7:45am - Arrive (bring concert attire) - Skyview Theatre

8:00am - Rehearsal begins - (breaks at conductor's discretion)

10:15am - Canadian Brass Performance - Skyview Theatre

11:30am-12:30pm - Rehearsal resumes

12:40-1:25pm - Lunch - Main Gymnasium

1:30pm - Orchestra Dress Rehearsal - Watch in Theatre

2:30pm - Band Dress Rehearsal - Skyview Stage

3:30pm - Choir Dress Rehearsal - Watch in Theatre

4:40pm - Dinner - Main Gymnasium

Change into Concert Attire - Locker Rooms (downstairs)

6:00pm - Choir Concert - All concerts in the Skyview Theatre

7:00pm - Band Concert - Overflow seating in the Band/Choir rooms

8:00pm - Orchestra Concert - Gymnasium & Commons open for waiting
